However, if you do not own any land then you will need to either buy some land or rent some land. If you are going to buy some land then you will need to make sure that the plot of land is large enough for your tiny house.

Also, you will need to make sure that the plot of land is close enough to a power source and close enough to a water source. In fact, you will want to check into your local laws and find out if there are any laws that prohibit you from building your tiny house on a piece of land.

This is very important because it can be very expensive and time-consuming if you end up having problems with your tiny house being in violation of zoning laws.

In Connecticut, you will need to have your tiny house approved by the local zoning board before you can start building your tiny house. You will also need to make sure that you have the proper permits for your tiny house before you start building it.

We also recommend building your tiny house on land that has a septic system. This is very important because a septic system will allow you to use your tiny house for a long time without having to worry about your water supply being polluted.

You are allowed to build a tiny house on wheels or on a foundation as long as it meets the minimum square footage requirements for Connecticut. You will need to have at least 120 square feet of living space inside of your tiny house in order to be able to use it as an actual residence

If you are building a tiny house on wheels then you will want to make sure that the floor of your tiny house is solid enough so that it can support the weight of all of the people inside of it when it is fully loaded with people and their belongings.
